The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 32 days in filing the revision against the impugned order dated 12.12.2023 made in Crl.M.P.No.1734 of 2023 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Salem.

Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police has no objection for this petition being allowed.
3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.
