PRAYER: This Contempt petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act, praying to punish the respondents herein for the wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 06.07.2017 passed in W.P.No.35364 of 2012. This Contempt petition is filed to punish the respondents herein for the wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 06.07.2017 passed in W.P.No.35364 of 2012.

3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.A.Rajaperumal, learned Additional Government Pleader produced a proceedings passed by the Director of School Education, Chennai made in Na.Ka.No.9182/J1/2013 dated 10.01.2019 in which the order of this Court in W.P.No.35364 of 2012, dated 06.07.2017 has been complied with. If any grievance made out by the petitioner in respect of the order made in Na.Ka.No.9182/J1/2013 dated 10.01.2019, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said order dated 10.01.2019 in the manner known to law.

4. In view of the above, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
