ORDER
This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 954 days in filing the restore petition.
2. M/s.Elveera Ravindran, learned counsel, takes notice on behalf of the second respondent.
3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 837 days is condoned, subject to the condition that the claimant/petitioner will not be entitled to any interest for the delay period i.e., for 837 days.
4. CMP No.9817 of 2025 is ordered, accordingly.
5. Registry is directed to number the petition, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.
