The petitioners who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 28.04.2021 for the offence under Section 397 of IPC in Cr.No.20 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioners along with the other accused are alleged to have committed theft of Rs.10,000/- from the defacto complainant.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that they have been falsely implicated in this case.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners are arrayed as A6 and A7 and further submitted that as against A6 there are four previous cases and as against A7 there are five previous cases and further submitted that earlier, the petitioners approached this Court by filing Crl.O.P.No.9674 of 2021 and this Court vide order dated 26.05.2021 dismissed the said petition.

5.Considering the number of previous cases as against the petitioners and since there is no change in circumstances subsequent to the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.9674 of 2021, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. 6.Accordingly, the criminal original petition is dismissed. -sd/- 30/06/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
