This Petition has been filed to set aside and restore the C.M.A.No.584 of 2013 against M.C.O.P.No.401 of 2005 on the file of this Court which was dismissed for default on 11.11.2022 and pass orders.

2. Heard both sides and perused the material available in the record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, and finding the reason assigned by the petitioner(s) to be justifiable, this petition is ordered on condition that the interest for the default period is ordered to be waived.
