O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's wife, viz., Rajalakshmi, aged 23 years, before this Court and to hand over her custody to the petitioner.

2. When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the detenue viz.,

Rajalakshmi has been secured and she is now with the petitioner. A memo dated 14.06.2021, has been filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, wherein, he has stated as follows : "1.The above HCP is filed to issue a Writ, Order or Direction and in particular issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the 1st and 2nd respondent police to produce the body or person of the detenue, Rajalakshmi, female, aged about 23 years, before this Hon'ble Court, set her at liberty and hand her to me. 2.The 2nd respondent on 12.06.2021 has handed over the detenue to the petitioner.

It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to record this Memo and close the above HCP and thus render justice."

Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
