ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b) and 307 of IPC and 3 of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.113 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. It is seen from the submissions of the leaned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) that, the accused in this case came to defacto complainant's grocery shop on 28.03.2022 and demanded snacks for eating. The defacto complainant informed that only appalam is available. Due to which, the petitioner attacked the defacto complainant. The defacto complainant sustained severe injuries.
3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the alleged occurrence, the petitioner was also attacked and sustained severe injuries.

4. Considering the nature and gravity of the offence and the fact that investigation is at preliminary stage, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.
