This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner on 05.12.2024 wherein the petitioner is seeking for UDR patta correction.
2. Heard Mr.M.Ravi, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.S.Jayachandran, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 4.
3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the second respondent has already acted upon the representation and called for a report from the Tahsildar, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.12.2024 on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording opportunity to the fifth respondent 2/4
and pass orders within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
