JUDGMENT
The Civil suit has been filed seeking direction to the defendants to pay a sum of Rs.1,10,00,000/- together with interest of Rs.89,10,000.- at the rate of 18% per annum totalling to Rs.1,99,10,000/- and further interest at the rate of 9% per annum on Rs.1,10,00,000/- from the date of plaint till the date of realization.
2. The matter was referred to mediation and the parties have reached an agreement before the Mediator. The mediation Centre has also sent a report stating that the parties have entered into settlement. The statement is evidenced by the Settlement Agreement signed by the parties and their respective counsels.

3. In view of the same, the Settlement Agreement is recorded. The Settlement Agreement signed by the parties shall form a part of the decree. The Civil suit is decreed in terms of settlement before the Mediation. The time for payment is fixed at six months as agreed by both parties.
