2015 granting temporary permits to the 3rd respondent to ply on the route Puducherry in Soriyankuppam via Ariyankuppam Thavalakuppam Kriumambakkam Kanniyakoil Cuddalore and Chavady and to quash the same and to forbear the 1st and 2nd respondents from granting any permit i.e. temporary or pakka in favour of the 3rd respondent on the route Puducherry to Soriyankuppam via Ariyankuppam Thavalakuppam Kriumambakkam Kanniyakoil Cuddalore and Chavady.
