This petition is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.500 of 2017 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Poonamallee and to transfer the same to the Subordinate Court, Vaniambadi, Vellore District.

2.The petitioner is the wife and respondent is the husband. The marriage between the petitioner and respondent was conducted on 21.08.2015 at Vijaya Mahal, Vaniyambadi, Vellore District. In the wedlock a female child was born on 22.06.2016. Demanding more dowry, the respondent had thrown the petitioner and the minor child out of the matrimonial home. The respondent filed H.M.O.P.No.500 of 2017 on the file of the Subordinate Cout, Poonamallee. The petitioner/wife has filed the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition to transfer H.M.O.P.No.500 of 2017 from the file of the Subordinate Court, Poonamallee to the file of the Subordinate Court, Vaniambadi, Vellore District. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the parties have settled the matter and filed a joint memo of compromise dated 15.03.2018 stating that the respondent is undertaking to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.500 of 2017 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Poonamallee on or before 19.03.2018. joint memo has been signed by both the petitioner, respondent and their respective counsel. It is also stated that as per the settlement, the respondent counsel withdrew H.M.O.P.No.500 of 2017 and hence the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has become infructuous.

4.Recording the submission and in view of the joint memo filed by the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. The memo of compromise shall form part of the order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
