ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.08.2020, which was assigned as C.S.R.No.320/2020, dated 17.08.2020.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner appeared for enquiry in C.S.R.No.320 of 2020 on 12.08.2021 and given his statement and further, the counter complainant and his wife also appeared. He further submitted that during enquiry, an undertaking was reached between the petitioner and the counter complainant and hence, the enquiry conducted in C.S.R.No.320 of 2020 was closed.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner refuted the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) and submitted that the enquiry was not conducted properly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above, the respondent Police is directed to serve the copy of the closure report to the petitioner. So that the petitioner can workout his remedy in the manner known to law. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
