After hearing the arguments of the learned counsel for the petitioner, when this Court has expressed its view to dismiss the writ petition based on the judgment of a Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.2806 of 2012 dated 01.08.2014 [The Chairman, TNEB, Chennai v. S.Venkatesan], the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
