Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to set aside the return Order dated 28.04.2022 passed in C.A.No.2865 of 2022 in M.P.Sr.No.1998 of 2022 in F.C.O.P.No.3127 of 2009 by the learned Principal Family Court Judge, Chennai and consequently, direct the learned Principal Family Court Judge, Chennai to issue two certified copies of the order dated 08.04.2022 passed in M.P.Sr.No.1998 of 2022 in F.C.O.P.No.3127 of 2009.

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the return Order dated 28.04.2022 passed in C.A.No.2865 of 2022 in M.P.Sr.No.1998 of 2022 in F.C.O.P.No.3127 of 2009 by the Learned Principal Family Court Judge, Chennai and consequently, direct the learned Principal Family Court Judge, Chennai to issue two certified copies of the order dated 08.04.2022 passed in M.P.Sr.No.1998 of 2022 in F.C.O.P.No.3127 of 2009.

2. The petitioner applied for copies of the order passed in M.P.Sr.No.1998 of 2022, in which, petitioner is a party to the proceedings.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that without numbering M.P, the Court passed orders. Therefore, the petitioner want the order copy, if the order copy is prepared.

4. In view of the above, the Principal Family Court, Chennai is directed to accept the copy application and issue the copy of the order.

5. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
