(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.10010 of 2020 dated 03.07.2020 to execute sureties and to comply with the conditions. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.10010 of 2020 dated 03.07.2020 with some conditions. Due to the Corona Pandemic situation, the petitioners could not comply with the condition within stipulated period.

3. Heard both sides.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
