Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to cancellation of Patta No.250 in New Survey No.421/14, Old Survey No.338/2, measuring 184 sq.ft situated at Poothur Village, Annaikattu Taluk, Vellore District and consequently issue Joint Patta in favour of the petitioner and third respondent along with cousin brothers and sisters of both of them and considering petitioner's representation dated 16.06.2017.

ORDER
