No. 3630 / 2022 / A3 dated 24.03.2023 and by considering the representation of the Petitioner herein dated 11.04.2023.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to provide police protection to lay the underground pipeline in the subject property based on the representation made by the petitioner on 11.4.2023. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that the representation/complaint given by the petitioner on 11.4.2023, is pending enquiry.

3.The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the Police for enquiry and the respondent Police shall conduct the enquiry keeping in mind the judgment in Lalitha Kumari vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in 2013 (6) CTC

353. On completion of the enquiry, the respondent Police shall take a decision regarding the further course of action. This process shall be completed by the respondent Police within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
