O R D E R

The petitioner who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 306 of IPC, in Crime No.137 of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the deceased loved each other, thereafter, the petitioner refused to marry the deceased. Hence, the victim committed suicide by hanging on 31.05.2019, based on that the respondent registered a case against the petitioner in Crime No.137 of 2019. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Therefore, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that earlier this Court had dismissed the Anticipatory Bail petition in Crl.O.P.No.34201 of 2019 dated 20.12.2019. He further submitted that

there is no change in circumstances. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
