The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that as the case filed in H.M.O.P.No.267 of 2010, pending on the file of the Sub-Judge, Poonamallee, was dismissed for default, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition and hence the same may be dismissed. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to the said effect in the Petition. 2.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement made, Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
