This Writ Petition has been filed to consider the representation made by the petitioner, dated 23.04.2022, and for the permission to conduct Cultural Programmee (Adal Padal Nigalchi) in the event of Konur Village, Kulaiyur Arulmigu Sree Sakthi Mariamman Temple Festival at Mettur Taluk, Salem District on 12.05.2022 between 06.00 PM to 11.00 PM.

2. As per the direction given by this Court yesterday (i.e.05.05.2022), the respondent has passed an order, dated 04.05.2022, and therefore, the relief sought in the present writ petition has become infructuous.
