Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent authority to give permission to conduct Cultural Programmee (Adal Padal Nigalchi) in the event of Nainamalai Adivaram, Pallipatti Village Arulmigu Sree Mariamman Temple Festival at Senthamangalam Taluk, Namakkal District on 12.05.2022 between 06.00 p.m., to 11.00 p.m., by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.04.2022. O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 24.04.2022, whereas, the postal receipts shows that the representation was dispatched only on 04.05.2022. The respondent has received the representation only yesterday (i.e.05.05.2022). Though the petitioner has stated in his affidavit that he has sent the representation on 24.04.2022, even without sending the representation well in advance, he filed the writ petition on the same day, i.e. on 04.05.2022. The petitioner suppressed the material fact and has not approached this Court with clean hands.

2. Further, this Court directed the respondent to give the response to the representation made by the petitioner dated 24.04.2022, but he has not given any response. Neither the petitioner approached the Court with clean hands nor the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent. The attitude of the petitioner as well as the respondent towards the Court is condemnable.

3. Though the Inspector of Police had appeared today, but he has not given any response to the order of this Court, dated 05.05.2022, and the same may be brought to the notice of the Superintendent of Police, Namakkal District, take action against the Inspector of Police and file a report.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
