This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 1985 days in filing the appeal.

2.Notice had been directed and the same had been served.

3.The appeal emanates from partition and separate possession.

4.The respondents have also filed a cross objection in Cross Obj. No.18 of 2021. It would only be appropriate that both the appeal and the cross objection are heard together.

5.Taking all the factors into consideration, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, this petition stands allowed. The Registry may number the appeal suit, if it is otherwise in order and list the same on 16.03.2026 along with the Cross Obj.
