ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 3 rd respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 30.12.2024 wherein the petitioner is seeking for cancellation of patta that stands in the name of respondents 5 and 6 and to issue patta in the name of the petitioner with respect to the subject property.

Heard Mr.J.Mohamed Ibrahim, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.R.Gokul Krishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader for Respondents 1 to 4.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 3 rd respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 30.12.2024 on its own merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity to respondents 5 and 6 and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
