and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 02.02.2026, seeking cancellation of patta No.3232 issued in favour of Respondent Nos. 5 to 8 for the subdivision of Survey Nos.77/2B1 (PH 3.25)and 77/2B2 (P.H.20.25) dated 31.01.2026 in respect of the property situated at K.Naduhalli Revenue Village, Dharmapuri District measuring an extent of P.H.23.50 Hectares. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.02.2026.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 02.02.2026 before the respondent 1 to 4 to cancel the patta No.3232 issued in favour of respondents 5 to 8 for the subdivision of Survey Nos.77/2B1 (PH 3.25)and 77/2B2 (P.H.20.25) dated 31.01.2026 in respect of the property situated at K.Naduhalli Revenue Village, Dharmapuri District measuring an extent of P.H.23.50 Hectares. However, the said representation was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Government's Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4 and submitted that the petitioner's

representation dated 02.02.2026 will be considered within a period of eight weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 02.02.2026, after issuing due notice to the petitioner as well as respondents 5 to 8 and other aggrieved persons if any, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
