The above petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.02/AC/2019/CC-II, on the file of the respondent police.
The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. However, he would pray that by taking into consideration, the health condition of the petitioner , a direction may be issued to the respondent to complete the investigation at the earliest and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.
Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
