Respondents Prayers: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus to direct 1st respondent to grant planning permission on the application dated 04.05.2015 submitted by the power agent of the petitioner for the proposed construction of residential building with 24 dwelling units at Block No.69, Annanagar Western Extension, comprised on O.S.No.284 Part and 288/2 Part, T.S.No.2/4, Block No.58, Ward-1, Padi village Ambattur Taluk, Tiruvallur District, in accordance with law, within a reasonable time as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
