Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a direction in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order dated 25.04.2022 ref.No.Na.Ka.100/2022/A1 passed by the respondent authority and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent authority to furnish the rental arrears payable by the petitioner and deposit available with the respondent, after reducing the rentals payable during the Covid-19 lockdown period during 2020-21 and permit the petitioner to continously run the shop No.J.V.V.T. No.6 at Palacode Bus Stand by granting reasonable time to the petitioner for paying the rental arrears and pass such further orders.
