Respondents Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent herein to take disciplinary action as against the respondents 4 to 6 herein based on the petitioner's representation dated 24.02.2025 and for any other relief or reliefs that may be appropriate in the present circumstances of the case.

ORDER

The present writ petition is filed to take disciplinary action as against the respondents 4 to 6 based on the petitioner's representation dated 2/5

24.02.2025.

2. On perusal of the representation and hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents 4 to 6 claiming themselves to be the trustees are persisting with the erstwhile poojari and are not permitting the present poojari to do his duty.

3.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (HR & CE) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that there is no complaint from the concerned poojari. If he is not permitted to do his work, leaving it open to the concerned poojari to make a complaint, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
