Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for a period of at least three months to comply with the order dated 14.03.2022 made in WP.No.5761 of 2022 (IN WMP.No.11605 of 2022)
Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.KARTHIKEYAN, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE for Special Government Pleader HR and CE on behalf of the Petitioner and of M/S.C.NAGARAJAN, Advocate for the 1st Respondent and of M/S.R.BHARANIDHARAN, Advocate for the 3rd Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed by the first respondent in WP No. 5671 of 2022 seeking to extend the time by three months to comply with the order passed by this Court made in W.P.No.5761 of 2022 dated 14.03.2022

Mr. Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the petitioner submitted that in strict obedience of the order of this Court, the petitioner/first respondent has conducted an enquiry on 21.04.2022 and on 11.05.2022 in the revision petition filed by the writ petitioner. Even though the enquiry was completed, due to administrative reasons, the order could not be passed in the Revision Petition. Therefore, for the purpose of passing orders in the said revision petition, the petitioner requires time.
3. Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Court is inclined to extend the time for complying the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.5671 of 2022 dated 14.03.2022 for a further period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
