By consent, the Writ Petitions have been taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioners were called upon by the respondents to pay a sum of Rs.83,35,550/-, Rs.9,99,953/-, Rs.8,88,008/- and Rs.36,24,793/- as Additional Current Consumption Deposit for the respective industries. Instead of paying the entire amount in lump sum, the petitioners seek to pay the amount in 10 equal monthly installments regarding their respective H.T. Service Connections.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the records.

4.This Court in W.P.No.15431 of 2015 by order dated 02.06.2015 permitted the petitioner therein, in similar circumstances, to pay the additional security deposit in six equal monthly installments.

5.Following the same, this Court also permits the respective petitioners to pay the additional current consumption deposit of Rs.83,35,550/-, Rs.9,99,953/-, Rs.8,88,008/- and Rs.36,24,793/- in six equal monthly installments along with the regular current consumption charges commencing from the first week of June 2016.

6.With the above direction, the Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
