Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.6931 of 2021 order dated 17/04/2021 in Cr.No.105 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.SARANRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6931 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Section 379 and 430 of IPC r/w Section 21
(5) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.105 of 2021, while granting bail.
2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
