It is brought to the notice of this Court that this petition is filed to quash the further proceedings of the case in crime No.769 of 2010 on the file of the 1st respondent police. It is also represented on behalf of the petitioner that the 1st respondent / Inspector of Police has laid a final report against the accused and the same is taken on file by the concerned Magistrate and therefore, this petition to quash the further proceedings of the case in crime No.769 of 2010 on the file of the 1st respondent police has automatically become infructuous.
