The O.P. had been listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that under Exs.P4 & P5, the dates in the certificates of the respective deceased to be 03.10.2023 and 26.02.2022.

3. A perusal of the Exs.P4 & P5 also indicate the claim made by the petitioner. In such view of the matter, the Registry is directed to delete the dates 15.10.2019 and replace the same with 03.10.2023 and the date 08.03.2014 to be replaced with 26.02.2022 in paragraph 1 of the order and issue fresh order copy.
