This application has been filed seeking interim injunction restraining the respondent/mother of the child from taking transfer certificate from the International Village School, Sholinganallur, Chennai for a child N.Chathvik, a boy aged less than five years around 4 years.

2. It is however informed that transfer certificate has already been obtained and the child has now been admitted to the Pupil International School at Thiruverkadu.

3. In view of that particular circumstance, application does not survive any more and the same is closed.
