Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner.

2. The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking for a direction to early disposal of I.A.No.5 of 2023 in O.S.No.59 of 2018, on the file of the II Additional District Court, Tiruppur, which was stated to have been filed for specific performance of the Agreement of Sale.

3. Considering the said circumstances explained, the learned II Additional District Judge, Tiruppur, is directed to specifically fix a date for filing of counter in I.A.No.5 of 2023 and in order to filing of the Counter, the learned Additional District Judge, Tiruppur, is directed to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.
