This petition is filed seeking to implead the petitioner, namely, Inspector of Police, Government Railway Police, Arakkonam, Vellore District as 5th respondent in the above Writ Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides.

3.Upon hearing the submissions made by the learned counsel on both sides and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed.

4. Post W.P.No.12659 of 2013 on 30.03.2020 after carrying out the necessary amendment.
