Prayer : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the respondent in Ref.No.Na.Ka.No.65/Mike/D2PS/2015 dated 28.06.2016 and consequently direct the respondent to grant permission to fix a Vinayakar sculpture in the place of Shri Mariamman Kovil's ground at Kavalandiyur village between 03.09.2016 and 06.09.2016 with mike and further consequently permit to conduct procession on 06.09.2016 from Kavalandiyur to Chendrayaperumal kovil through the villages namely Settiyur, Kosavankaradu, Boomanur, Karungaradu, Karaikalam, Vinayakar kovil, Samiyarkadu, Sengalmedu, Checkpost, Cinnamettur, in the eve of Vinayakar Chathurthi, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2016.
