The present Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.07.2020 and pass orders within the time limit as fixed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the 1st respondent has considered the petitioner's representation by the proceedings dated 23.02.2021, informed the same to the petitioner on the same day by way of Registered Post with Acknowledgment Due and produced copy of the said order today. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also received the same.

3. Recording the above submissions, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
