2. The case of the prosecution is that, petitioners and their family members demanded more dowry from the defacto complainant.

3. When the matter is taken up, there is no representation for the petitioner.

4.Learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) submitted that, there is no first information report or petition enquiry pending against the petitioners.
