A further direction is issued to the respondents to pay subsistence allowance to the petitioner, if not already paid and the arrears of subsistence allowance shall be paid within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the respondents shall continue to pay subsistence allowance on or before 10th of every succeeding English Calendar month till the final order is passed in the disciplinary proceedings.
