ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and to that effect, he has made an endorsement in the bundle.

2. Recording the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.

3. Registry is directed to return the original impugned order to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
