O R D E R

This petition has been filed for direction to the 1st respondent police to transfer the investigation in Crime No.131 of 2019 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent police and transfer the same to the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Krishnagiri, Krishnagiri District.

2.The petitioner and his father were jointly involved in the business in the name of Vinayaga Sound Service and Decoration of halls and erecting Panthal. While so on 06.03.2019, when they were returning home, eight accused persons waylaid the petitioner and his father, damaged the motor cycle and attacked the petitioner with iron rod and caused injuries. Therefore, the petitioner made a complaint before the respondent police and the same was registered in Crime No.131 of 2019 for the offence https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) IPC as against only two persons. Therefore, the petitioner has filed the present petition with the aforesaid prayer.

3.Heard both sides.

4.On perusal of the complaint, it is seen that four persons names are mentioned, but the 2nd respondent registered a case as against only two persons. Thereafter, the petitioner also submitted a detailed representation stating that eight persons are involved in the crime. It is also seen from Accident Report (A.R), that they have mentioned that the complainant was attacked by eight persons.

5.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 10.03.2019 and complete the investigation and file a final report within eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
