ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The matter pertains to the constitution of the Metropolitan Planning Committee in terms of the 74th amendment to the Constitution.

2. A detailed affidavit has been filed by the State indicating the measures taken and the necessity for reconsideration.

In view of the organisation of the Metropolitan Planning Committee as indicated in such affidavit, no further action need be taken.

3. Accordingly, W.P.No.10634 of 2020 is disposed of. W.M.P.No.8562 of 2021 is closed. There will be no order as to costs.
