ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the fourth respondent to issue 'No Objection Certificate' for registration of the sale deed presented by the petitioner for registration before the fifth respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 17.11.2025.
2. According to the petitioner, without initiating land acquisition proceedings, the fifth respondent is preventing the petitioner from presenting the sale deed for registration. The fifth respondent has stated that the petitioner will have to obtain 'No Objection Certificate' from the fourth respondent to enable the petitioner to present the sale deed for registration. The petitioner had given a representation on 17.11.2025 to the fourth respondent seeking for issuance of 'No Objection Certificate' to enable the petitioner to get the sale deed registered with the fifth respondent. Since the said representation has not been considered, this writ petition has been filed.
3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation dated 17.11.2025 is considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the fourth respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 17.11.2025 seeking for issuance of 'No Objection Certificate' to enable the petitioner to register the sale deed before the fifth respondent for the property more fully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
