Writ Petition filed u/a.226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of certiorari by quashing the order of respondent -2 passed in I.D.No.283 of 2006 dated 18.10.2006 and further direct the respondent-1 to provide Rs 20 lakhs as back wages and attendant benefits from the date of suspension and compensation and retirement benefits with 12% interest and with Rs. 3 lakhs cost without prejudice to the right to receive compensation from the state for deprivation of the petitioner right to life in oppressive manner by the corruption practices state officials.
