Prayer : Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner as per the representation letter dated 10.04.2023 under the guise of enquiry. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner as per the representation letter dated 10.04.2023 under the guise of enquiry.

2.It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, second respondent is unnecessarily harassing the petitioner. Therefore, this petition. 3.In response, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, third respondent gave complaint against the petitioner claiming that petitioner received Rs.2.75 lakhs for construction of lift in the house of third respondent, but failed to do so. On the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was conducted, wherein, petitioner agreed to construct the lift. Petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.512 of 2023 was closed.

4.Considered the submissions and perused the records. 5.In view of the submission of learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Court is of the view that it is not necessary to pass any orders in this petition.
