ORDER

This petition has been filed challenging the order dated 10.10.2023, passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Villupuram, in C.M.P.No.8416

of 2023, thereby dismissing the petition filed by the petitioners to relax the condition.

2. It is seen that the petitioners are the accused in Crime No.233 of 2023 registered for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 & 506(ii) of IPC. While granting anticipatory bail, the trial Court imposed condition that the petitioners shall stay at Salem and appear and sign before the Salem Town Police Station for the period of thirty days. To modify the said condition, the petitioners filed petition in C.M.P.No.8416 of 2023 and the same was dismissed on the ground that the petitioners have not complied the condition imposed by the Court below.

3. This Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order passed by the trial Court, since the petitioners failed to comply the condition imposed while granting anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
