Respondent Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent herein to consider the petitioner representation dated 30.3.2015 and directing the respondent herein to Register the Partition Deed dated 15.12.2011 to and in favour of the petitioners herein.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioners claim right by virtue of a deed of partition dated 15.12.2011 executed by their father and they would state that they are in absolute possession and enjoyment of the respective share allotted to them. The petitioners have approached the respondent for registration of the partition deed executed by their father on 15.12.2011 and since, no response is forthcoming, submitted a reminder dated 30.03.2015. Even then, no orders came to be passed and hence, came forward to file this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mrs.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioners and without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioners in this writ petition, permits the petitioners to submit one more representation to the respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by enclosing the copy of the order passed in this writ petition, as well as, their earlier representation dated 30.03.2015 and the respondent on receipt of the same, is directed to consider the representation, in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of four weeks, thereafter and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioners.

5. The writ petition is disposed of, accordingly. No Costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
