ORDER

1. On the previous date, the Registry had been directed to place the report with regard to service of notice on the petitioners on record. 1.1. The report of the Registry shows that, Court notices have been returned "unserved", as the petitioners have vacated the address, which was available in the record.

2. The order dated 19.08.2016, would show that the counsel appearing for the petitioner had expressed his difficulty in continuing with the matter, as he was not receiving any instructions from the petitioner. 2.1. In these circumstances, Court notice was issued to the petitioners.

3. Having regard to the aforesaid, the captioned petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
