The petitioner has filed this contempt petition to punish the respondents for willful disobedience and noncompliance of the order of this Court made in Cont.P.No.320 of 2018 in W.P.No.21087 of 2013 dated 12.02.2018.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents that the direction/order passed by this Court has been complied with.

3. In view of the statutory notice issued against the respondents, the respondents are present before this Court.
